Common questions
How does CR8 decide what I see?
Each day CR8 builds one finite list from the creators you follow. Anything you pinned comes first, then creators you marked as must-haves, then the rest is filled by how often each creator posts and where you ranked them. When you reach the end, that is the end — there is no infinite scroll.
Can I change how much I get each day?
Yes. Settings → Daily CR8 size, anywhere from a handful up to 15 items a day. You can follow up to 100 creators and mark up to 5 as must-haves.
My CR8 is empty or short.
That usually means the creators you follow have not posted recently — CR8 only shows genuinely recent uploads rather than padding the list with old videos. Adding a few more creators, or ones who post more often, is normally the fix.
How do I stop the daily email?
Turn it off in the app, or use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any digest. If you have not opened the app in 30 days we pause the email automatically and it resumes when you come back.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so cancel on your device in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions → CR8. Cancel at least 24 hours before your trial or renewal date to avoid the next charge.
Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com — we cannot issue them for App Store purchases.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Delete account in the app. It is immediate and permanent, and removes your creators, history, and email records.
Deleting your account does not cancel billing. Cancel the subscription with Apple first, then delete the account.
A video will not play.
CR8 plays videos in YouTube's own embedded player, so a video that its creator has made private, deleted, or restricted from embedding will not play. That is outside our control.
Reporting a problem
Found a bug, or content you think should not be there? Email support@cur8software.com with as much detail as you can. For content that breaches YouTube's own policies, reporting it to YouTube directly is the fastest route, since we surface their catalogue rather than host it.
